Indian BPO Oufit Genpact plans IPO on NYSE
Genpact, India’s largest Business Process Outsourcing company, plans to raise $600 million in an IPO on the NYSE. The IPO will be managed by Morgan Stanley, Citigroup Inc. and JPMorgan Chase.
